It's been another busy month here at Latch Architects. As part of sharing what we're learning on a day by day basis, you can see a summary of everything we've been doing on projects this month here.

What Projects Have We Been Working On This Month?

As always projects are being managed, designed and submitted in order to make peoples visions a reality for their sites. 

This month the following projects have progressed. 

Bolbury Crescent House Extension - Construction on site started with the groundworks and the foundations well underway. 

The Creamery, Haslingden - This two dwelling conversion of a heritage asset won planning permission at Rossendale committee and is on it's way towards the build.

Percy Rd, Bexleyheath House Extension - The building contract has been finalized for this terraced extension to start in August.

Sidcup 2 Dwelling Development - A new planning application design for 2 new dwellings has been produced.

The Sheddings, Bolton - This two storey house extension project in Bolton won planning permission with Bolton Council. 

Stretford Major House Extension - This double storey rear and single storey wrap around extension project had it's design finalized and was submitted for planning permission with Trafford Council.

Willow Mill Fisheries - This retrospective culvert remediation project has been prepared from the planning application, including producing a small metric calculator for BNG.

Football Clubhouse, Salford - Initial designs and feasibility has been developed for this new football clubhouse design.

Walthamstow Side extension and garden office - The final design for this timber clad side extension and garden office was submitted to Waltham Forest Council for planning permission. 

Junction Rd House Facelift, Bolton - Material options and facade designs for giving a large house on Junction Road a facelift were produced for the owner. 

Walthamstow Rear Dormer and Rear Extension - A modern, open plan design was produced for a Walthamstow Mews House.

Chapeltown Road Barn Conversion and Extension - A Modern barn extension and conversion design was carried out for this old stone barn in Bolton.

Outwood Rd, Radcliffe Annex Building - A new design was produced for a modern granny annex in the garden of a house in Radcliffe.

Burnley Rd Cafe Fit Out - A new design for an interior cafe and outdoor dining pergola were produced prior to submitting the scheme for planning permission.
