Why is this happening?

The primary reason for this rebrand and move is for Maverick Gent to become the second company director. Making the business jointly owned by both of us (Sean Payne and Maverick Gent) after working together for the last 4 years.

This seemed like a good time to also rebrand the company with a new name in order to reflect this new change. This was also a great opportunity provide a new and better website, resources and to display the projects that we've worked on for the past 4 years.

While Sean Payne Arch Design will slowly transition into Latch Architects entirely in the coming months. The brand and company will still be operating at least until April 2024.

How will this affect new and ongoing projects?

For ongoing projects - nothing should be affected, particularly as scope of services are all planned to be delivered before April 2024. Therefore there will be no changes for current clients.

For new projects - our brief and fee proposals will be presented under for appointment with Latch Architects Ltd. The services, fees and terms and conditions will all follow those that were outlined under Sean Payne Arch Design Ltd, the only difference being the name of the company and the payment account for the fees.
