Effective Date: 6th April 2025
This notice is to inform all clients, collaborators, and members of the public that, as of the Effective Date, all copyrights and associated intellectual property rights previously owned and held by Sean Payne Arch Design Ltd in its architectural designs, technical drawings, and related creative works (hereafter, the "Works") will be irrevocably assigned and transferred in full to Latch Architects Ltd.
The transferred Works include, but are not limited to, all architectural plans, drawings, sketches, renderings, technical documentation, design concepts, and any original creative materials produced or commissioned by Sean Payne Arch Design Ltd prior to the Effective Date.
Following this assignment:
Ownership: Latch Architects Ltd is will be the sole and exclusive owner of all copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Works.
Use and Reproduction: Any use, reproduction, adaptation, or distribution of the Works must be authorized in writing by Latch Architects Ltd.
References and Credits: All references to the Works should acknowledge that Latch Architects Ltd is the current rights holder.
