This off-grid house is a self sustaining 3 bed home on the remote Isle of Skye, just off the coast of the mainland of Scotland. 

Sean conducted the Scottish Building Warrant application on behalf of the client, providing the construction drawing material, CDM principal designer duties among other roles in order to see the project through to completion. 

The project features 12 solar panels, providing the electricity for the building and giving the project a sustainability bronze medal.
