Burnley House Extension, Manchester

Client: Private Client

Structural Engineer: JCE Ltd

Budget - £45,000

Centering around opening up the entirety of the ground floor and making it one big open plan space. The design for this project focused on making a unique, open plan kitchen, living and dining space while being respectful of the budget.

The extension to the rear of the property features a diagonal slant with the bifold doors, coupled with a large rooflight over head.

The final kitchen joinery and decor helped give the home a clean, practical but also stylish look.
